ACCESS TO CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Customer information is confidential and will not be released to a third party without the customer's consent. If a customer agrees to a contract for energy supply with an energy marketer, that customer's information will be given to that marketer. The marketer's privacy policy will then apply. Customers may have access to their account information. Energyshop.com will take steps to ensure that it is appropriately safeguarded with password protection.

EMAIL LISTS AND COMMUNICATION
Energyshop.com does not sell, rent or share mailing list or customer information to anyone. Only Energyshop.com may occasionally contact customers, but that will be in regards to information or services which Energyshop.com believes will be relevant to you, based on stated interest or profiles. You may request at any time to be permanently deleted from our email lists by sending an email to remove@energyshop.com with the subject "REMOVE."

We strive to present all sales communications, rates, and contract descriptions in plain language that is truthful and not misleading. To the best of our knowledge, all descriptions and representations made in communications are in accordance with actual circumstances existing at the time the description or representation is shown.
