• The prize is $100 paid by cheque from the sponsor, www.energyshop.com.
• To be eligible, entrants refer a friend about www.energyshop.com by filling in the form at http://www.energyshop.com/es/general/contest_telecom.cfm with a valid name and email address. There is no limit on entries as long as the friend's name and email address are valid. Contest is restricted to recipients of Energyshop.com emails and visitors to the Energyshop.com web site who are over the age of majority and who live outside of the province of Quebec. Employees (and persons with whom they are domiciled) of energyshop.com, telecomparisons.com, M³ & W Inc. and the contest judging organization are not eligible.
• To win the prize, selected entrants will first have to correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, arithmetical skill-testing question and complete and sign a liability/publicity release. By entering the contest, contestants agree to abide by the contest rules and the decisions of the contest judging organization which are final.
• Winners will be chosen by random draws held in Richmond Hill, Ontario, each calendar quarter. Chances of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable period. Energyshop.com and/or Telecomparisons.com will deliver the prizes to the winners by registered mail.
• Energyshop.com, Telecomparisons.com and M³ & W Inc. are not responsible for any telecommunications, technical or software failure affecting participation in this contest or resulting in damages. Energyshop.com reserves the right to suspend or cancel this contest at any time without notice.
• This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal taxes. By completing the survey, you recognize that Energyshop.com has a serious and legitimate interest in collecting personal information for the purpose of operating its business. You acknowledge and give your consent to Energyshop.com to collect, use, store, disclose and distribute your personal information for the purpose providing you with more information about its products and/or marketing programs, and to share this information with its affiliates, agents and financial institution for any legitimate commercial purpose. Your file will be maintained at Richmond Hill, Ontario, and you may, upon written request, have access to it.
